Join the CAC Swim Team Today!!!

 Practice Schedule (Starts Wednesday, November 11th)

Mon Wed  Fri   3:15 – 4:15 at the NLR Boys & Girls Club

Three practices per week required. 

 Training Fee $100 per swimmer.  For those of you that have already started training you owe $120 Training fee due Nov 15th    Trainers: Patrick Bass and Onat Tungac, All American Swimmers. 

 Suits and goggles may be purchased at Splashwear Aquatics located on Maumelle Blvd.  I recommend one meet suit and one practice suit. Please do not practice in your meet suit.  Please order your team suit ASAP.

 Swim Caps and Warm-ups provided by CAC

 There will be a swim team meeting on Friday, November 13th following Chapel. 

 We really need at least three more girls and three more guys in order to complete our relay teams.

 The next swim meet is Tuesday, November 17th at the NLR Boys & Girls Club.
