Super Greetings,
I hope this finds your team winning amid the entertaining and less-than-so commercials. Gotta pay the bills I suppose. It's that never a dull moment time of the year when winter and spring sports overlap. You can't say you don't have choices. There are a lot of options for Mustang options to pick from. Speaking of spring sports, spring schedules should be posted to the CACSports.org website this week.
Between Monday night's 9th grade games, you will have an opportunity for some good entertainment. Saturday's elementary cheer clinic groups will perform their routines for the crowd. Come on out for some good basketball and support the young ladies in their efforts.
Saturday marks the beginning of the River City Conference basketball tournament. The junior high events will be at Mills High School. A Mustang Monitor update will be sent out when the brackets are drawn up mid-week. Both 9th grade teams will play sometime Saturday.
Saturday also marks the inaugural CAC Youth Wrestling Tournament. There will be action beginning with 6 year olds and those weighing 40 pounds or so. But, they are tough. Drop by and support the younger folks.
We are still looking for options for leadership for next year's Booster Club. If you are interested or know of one's who might be, please contact us for information.
Have a great week; hope for decent weather as making up basketball games at this point in the year is something we'd like to avoid. Do calll if we may be of help in any way.
