CONGRATULATIONS TO STATE RUNNER-UP MUSTANG GOLF TEAM

The CAC Golf Team traveled to the Hot Springs Country Club Tuesday and Wednesday to compete in the 5A State Golf Championship and came home with the State Runner-Up Titile. Hot Springs Lakeside took the State title with a combined score of 294 with CAC coming in runner-up with a combined score of 313. Rounding out the top 5 teams, Harrison finished 3rd (322), Paragould 4th (325), and Little Rock Christian 5th (330).
Individually for the Mustangs, Senior Alex Hewitt tied for 4th place shooting a 75 and Senior Conner Olsen tied for 9th shooting a 78. Both Alex and Conner were named to the All-State team for their performances. Nathan Monan finished tied for 11th with a score of 79, Landon Hearnes tied for 15th shooting an 81, and Rami Alley rounded out the finishers for the Mustangs shooting an 85 being tied for 22nd place.
