WILL CAMPBELL TENNIS STATE SEMI-FINALIST

Will Campbell competed in the 5A State Tennis Tournament held Monday and Tuesday in Hot Springs and made it to the semi-finals.  In the first round he defeated Duncan Bellingrath from White Hall 6-0, 6-1.  In the second round on Monday he defeated John Hudgens from HS Lakeside 6-0, 6-1 to advance to the semi-finals.  Facing Julio Olay from Pulaski Academy Campbell fell in 3 sets 6-4, 6-7, 4-6.  Seth Boyd also competed on Monday but fell in the first round.  Congratulations to both boys on a great season!
