LADY MUSTANGS DEFEATED BY GREEN COUNTY TECH IN STATE QUARTERFINALS

The Lady Mustangs gave it everything they had Wednesday afternoon in the State Quarterfinals but came up just short losing to a strong #3 seed Green County Tech. The Lady Mustangs were down in the first game but battled back to win that game 25-20. Game 2 went to GCT 14-25 and then CAC came right back and won Game 3 25-16. Game 4 was rough and the Lady Mustangs came out slow and ended up losing that game 11-25 to force a 5th Game. The Mustangs battled back and forth with GCT but came up just short losing 13-15 to end their season. Coach Cade Smith said he was very proud of the team's performance in the tournament and the entire season. Congratualtions to the Lady Mustangs on a great season!
